You have up to 30 days from the ship date to return your review lesson. If you would like to return your lesson, please contact Video Professor Customer Care to obtain a Return Authorization number (RA). An RA MUST appear on the outside of any returned lesson to locate your account. Any requests for refunds AFTER 30 days are subject to review and refusal at Video Professor's sole discretion.
