Its Hot Missy said if I signed up for lunchtime kickboxing, she'd come with me, because I didn't want to go alone. I hate group exercise. I'm not the most coordinated person -- I always feel like I'm five steps behind everyone else and I tend to forget the kick-punch-jab order a third of the way into the routine. I went alone and suffered through it, feeling clumsier and more awkward with each pulsing beat. As soon it was over, I went online looking for an alternative. I did not find any personalized high-impact exercise routines that involved absolutely no jumping around but I did find this which I had to share. Its six sets of no-sweat weight loss and belly flattening tips. Not just "no-sweat" as in easy, but "no-sweat" as in no jumping around! Okay, there's one hint that involves jumping jacks, but for the most part it's just simple habit changes and quick tips you can incorporate into your everyday life. Take that group exercise!
